I've got a new favorite photo...
Appropriate to the season ... the Biloxi graveyard.

1. Timing, timing... this would have done well in the Tree contest
Have you tried a black and white of this?

2. Not yet, but I bet it would be cool in B&W.
You want to give it a go? I'd like to see what you can do with it.

3. OK, here are 2:
The first is pseudo-infrared:

The second is plain vanilla, but pretty spooky just the same:

I should have cleaned up the sky a little in the IR, though.

4. Yep, pretty spooky...
I found the entire Gulf Coast between NOLA and Biloxi to be pretty spooky actually. I think last night was the first night since we've been home that I haven't had ghostly dreams.

By the way, I'm about two-thirds of the way through sorting and cleaning up my photos so I should have a new gallery up shortly, maybe over the weekend sometime.

5. Looking forward to seeing those
The whole Deep South is haunted. One of my fondest recollections of living in Savannah is exploring the DAR and Bonaventure cemeteries. Southern Gothic at its spookiest.

7. Very cool
Of course I have always kinda had a thing for graveyards (could be because my father was a funeral director):eyes:

8. Sorry. Couldn't help myself
I'm pretty darn sure that the ghost of The Haunted Photography Group has taken over my body. I don't even remember doing this. Hell, I don't even remember posting this.

:scared:

Great photo Blue'.... sorry some spirit took over me and I messed with it.
:hi:

9. Oh, I like that, F.
I love my photograph because it has so much potential for different interpretations. This one indeed is very spooky.
