Kerry on the censure resolution?

Someone posted an old article from March that says JK is not on board with the resolution to censure *. But he does now, right? I don't have a link, but I'm sure some of you do, to update this person's info.

5. DU and others stopped caring about Censure when it was clear

Kerry supported it. the only time they cared about it was when they used it to attack Kerry for not supporting it. even though there was no evidence he did not support it. even when he commented that he would support it they continued to bash him . so he co sponsered it .

that's when they stopped caring. when they can no longer use it to attack Kerry. i think some of these fuckers hate Kerry more than Bush.

6. Sad but true

I am convinced some of them hate Kerry more than Bush - or at least just as much. At that point, I would go out on a limb and say that they absolutely do not belong on DU. The only ones I can tolerate are the ones with legitimate issue complaints or who prefer another candidate but still don't act as though Kerry is the spawn of Satan. Fuck them all.

7. People on DU do not care about issues. They care about what can promote

their candidate and kill others.

The problem is more that people who care about issues (any issue) do not belong to DU. Each time there is a real and important debate, nobody cares until it is too late.

Some people on GD disagree with Kerry on issues (some vehemently, but they will disagree with everybody), but most just want to promote their guy, whoever it is. Have you ever seen a Lieberman supporter (yes, it exists on DU) explain that Kerry is not solid on Iraq?

I think you're right, it's mostly people willing to say any lie and go to any length to Swiftboat Kerry any time he does something good lest he attract more popularity than their guy. I think there are also out and out trolls, too. It's discouraging that DU has a moderating system which allows the trolls and hatemongers to spread their filth but anyone who dares point out their lies is usually deleted for being "against the rules."
