1. AND, unlike Hillary, the money goes to Florida Dems.
Didn't Hillary come to your state and proceed to fundraise chiefly for herself?

2. Yes
And got summarily slammed by the DPO, and some of the Vets for Kerry. Of course, the Oregon Dems are huge Deaniacs and anything that takes away from the 50 state strategy or the grassroots is not going to be welcomed. Maybe that's why JK hasn't come, maybe they don't understand exactly what happened with the Hillary event. Cuz I can't figure it out, he has been like a ghost in this state. He has never even come to thank everybody for all their work, we held all our 2000 Dem & Nader voters, and for a bunch of way far left anarchists, that was amazing. Glad he's getting it right in other states at least. Anyway, here's the story.

4. These are the type of things that make it sooo easy to defend Kerry
He is almost always doing something and it's always for the good.

5. Events coming up in Mass
Date: May 1
Time: Day/Evening
What: Volunteer at Roosevelt Dinner. Humorist and political pundit Al Franken will be the featured speaker.
Where: Boston Park Plaza Hotel, 64 Arlington Street, Boston, MA

Date: June 2 - 3
Time: Day/Evening
What: Massachusetts Democratic Convention – the largest Democratic state convention in the country.
Where: Worcester, MA

I just got the e-mail from Mass Victory '06. They are looking for interns. Good interns are hard to find, apparently. (Hehehehehehee!)

I sincerely hope that the taller Sen and staff come to the Convention. It will be fun. (I have a room booked and everything with my husband. I can bring cocktail weinies! Stop by.)
