So comforting to hear that familiar voice in my kitchen, telling America what it needs to hear--having the answers, if anyone will take heed. Such sincerity! What a leader! :loveya:

3. F**king pledge week

When did they broadcast the interview? I've been listening since 5:11 PM!!!! At 5:20 PM the pledge now people talked for 7 minutes. Was this when the interview was?

If so I am unbelievably pissed.

Maybe 25 after or so. You can look for it online, or see if it gets repeated.

Too bad about pledge week. My local station has a new idea--they cancel the pledge drive if they get enough people calling in with donations though the mail or brief reminders on the air (like 30 sec.). This is the second year in a row they've been able to cancel--hallelujah!

6. That was excellent

I loved the response to the 'you voted for this war' question. That was a home run. He accepted what responsbility was his to accept then stated his strong desire to go forward and fix what we can.
