I just posted this on LUTD... I spoke with Dick Bell a few moments ago and he was as surprised as I was to hear the news.

Sad News for Kerry Bloggers

Although the Kerry Blog officially closed the day after the election, for the past few months, we’ve all had the benefit of being able to search through the archives and find some solace in reading through the threads and comments.

It is with great sadness that I bring you all the news that the Kerry Blog is no longer online. The link to the Kerry Blog now redirects to the homepage on JohnKerry.com.

I had heard that the Kerry Blog would eventually be put into the Smithsonian archives. If I hear more on this, I will let everyone know.

For those who may be searching for past speeches and press releases during the campaign there are seven pages of public statements from John Kerry on Project Vote Smart.
