Kerry laments lack of compromise on federal budget, invokes spirit of Kennedy
I had a feeling he'd want to be at the EMK Institute groundbreaking today! It's a shame he couldn't because of this foolishness, but I of course admire as always his fighting spirit! Teddy would be proud, I think. :) Leadership and common sense, as always, from THE Senator from Massachusetts! So proud of him..:

his Senate speeches - such as the many against the bankruptcy bill and the ones against Alito. Here is one of the Alito ones that came to mind reading Kerry's word picture.

A stark contrast in style, but both passionate and fighting a hopeless battle. Too bad so many Democrats played politics and voted fr cloture.
