Good article about Senator Kerry's efforts to try and get additional security for Bhutto. And, his forthcoming trip to Pakistan to monitor the election there in February.

1. Anybody knows

what "monitoring elections" actually involves? Just curious, since I am uncomfortable with the idea of JK being over there, not to mention Biden and Hagel (there was a mention here recently that they will travel together) that I also like a lot. I am being silly I guess/hope....
