The Clintons act just like the Bushes with their 'machine' that is meant to keep other party
members in fear.

We need to get some of the clips of Bush making his strawman comments about Dems not being interested in fighting terror and run it next to a clip of Hillary saying it in SC the other day.

Add it to the clip from LKL where he showed Bush, Hillary and McCain all condemning Kerry for insulting the troops.

The Clintons are the Democrats closest to the Bushes, and they have EARNED any target they have on them.

2. That is interesting
My guess is that the Clinton people were reluctant for Kerry to win in 2004 because their wing of the party could lose for decades if he became a successful President. It was really a fight for defining the Clinton legacy.

3. Their minions follow their example
Here is an example: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=132&topic_id=3126968&mesg_id=3127188

As an ex-Chicago area person, the idea that the Chicago Tribune would help a liberal Democrat is beyond laughable. The source used is a RW compilation blog. I would be so in trouble if I posted a Hillary article from that source.

I am almost happy that Kerry is out of the line of fire.

disabled guy in order to appeal to a certain type of voter. rather than fight the right wing accusations they play up to it and respond to it as if it's fact.

the attacks on Obama are the same with the false outrage crap that right wingers always do to Democrats.

7. looking at some threads the Clinton supporters sure are a nasty bunch
why are they so hateful to Kerry.

Kerry isn't the one who allowed the Bushs to get away with weak on terror crap while kissing Bush ass . Kerry isn't the one who joined the wingers in piling on other Dems for misspeaking.

of course these are the same ones who were disappointed Dems didn't lose in 2006 as they were looking forward to bashing Kerry and blaming him for it.

10. Well, the Clinton supporters on DU, that is (and not all of them -- one
of our own from this forum is now a Hillary supporter, and she's perfectly polite and nonconfrontational). I agree with BLM's assessment, but I have to say, the Clinton supporters on dailykos are okay to deal with. They've never attacked Kerry the way some of the other Kossaks do incessantly. They've thanked me for sticking to the facts and issues, even when I have been critical of Mrs. Clinton. They've recommended some of my pro-Kerry diaries. So I think we should at least agree that there are a few bad apples on the main boards of DU, but that doesn't mean that's true of all Clinton supporters on the blogs. Some of them are probably attracted to her from the First Lady days and don't know all this behind the scene stuff (or they don't believe it).

9. and on KO tonight
That guy Wolfe from Newsweek was saying that she is using the Rovian tactic of trying to hit Obama where he is strongest--his image of him being outside of "politics as usual". She, by attacking his fundraiser is trying to paint him as just another dishonest pol.
