"You don't get to critique my religion!"
Having posted a personal ad (I won't tell where. :P ) I've read the ones that come up in my search. Quite a few require that you have a personal relationship with God. That torques me because NO ONE gets to critique my method or not-method of religion. That ain't their business. x(

I cite myself as Taoist, keeps the religionists away.

1. At least they're up-front about it
I'd rather know before hand instead of finding myself attracted to someone who won't tolerate my beliefs.

2. Good point
can't argue that. I wouldn't want to be in that situation, either. :dilemma:

4. If you were my date,
you could wear whatever you like (as long as you put my clothes away after you're done wearing them)-(except for my undies, once you put those on, they're yours).

7. You mean you worship at The Church Of Ed Wood, too?

6. Even if I only wear them...
...on my head?

I got a laugh at the Ed Wood reference.

There's a really old movie about bad movies, It Came From Hollywood. As an homage...cough...to Ed Wood, Dan Akryod dresses up in a cashmere sweater and bra. On a motorcycle.

13. It Came From Hollywood had all the classics
Like "Robot Monster". The only monster costume they could get was a gorilla suit with a "space" helmet.

15. If y'all haven't seen it yet...
...check out "The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra." Made in 2001, but a great homage to cheesy Fifties sci-fi.

It was even filmed in two of the favorite Southern California locales for Fifties schlock: Bronson Canyon and Lake Arrowhead. (If you're a big MST3K fan, you may recognize the backgrounds from many bad old movies.)

"I'm a SCIENTIST! I don't believe in anything!"

Oh, and..."Filmed In Terrifying SKELETOR-SCOPE!"

It was playing on the Starz cable channel last month.

9. I see that you are male
I'm female and my personal ad states that I'm atheist. Between that and my not wanting kids, I'm getting flooded with responses. I'll bet it is hard being a guy since there seem to be so many more superstitious women out there. Keep looking though. Cheers:toast:

12. Thanks for the good thought
:hi: I'm in the same boat, but it seems that the men's mailboxes don't fill up like the women's mailboxes.

I was surprised that there were so many religionists.

10. Actually
I'd rather they were up front about being rabid Christians. That way I don't have to waste my time responding to them.
