ADAPT heads back to the nation's Capitol
Our ADAPT spring action will be in DC Saturday, April 28, to Thursday, May 3rd, and we need you there with us.

We will be taking our call to end the institutional bias and free our people to the doorsteps of our nation's movers and shakers. We will:

Continue the push for MiCASSA: The Community Choice Act!
Voice our resistance to cuts in community services and supports and housing.
Demand Access Across America housing supports for people coming out of nursing homes and other institutions.
Push NGA to help implement the Money Follows the Person, and more.

In Addition, this year ADAPT will be holding our first ever national FUN RUN! (http://www.adaptfunrun.org/) Betts Award winner Mark Johnson will be our national runner. You can sponser Mark, and/or your favorite disability rights activists.
