will it matter.. do i have to figure which is closer for a better ping... there apparently will only be EA Company Servers/approved servers.. i dont have an account at any of the listed names.. how does this work.?? i'm at zip 27104

Based on your second link, it appears that the sites you list are where you can download the game. Pick any of them, it will be a one time thing just to get the game, you won't play through them. Once you download the game, install it (you will need your beta key during install) and fire it up. It will either give you a general list of servers to play on or auto connect you... I'm not sure but those two options are usual and it varies from game to game. Good luck and let us know how the game is!
