Lots of health-related articles, too many of which are typical media-sensational; but at least right at the moment there don't seem to be as many 'vaccines 'n autism', 'vaccines are imposed by death panels to cull the population/ implant chips for the government to spy on us/ allow Obam to impose marshal law'; 'all diseases are cured by chelation/black salve/ colonic irrigation' threads than sometimes. And fewer links to far-RW sources. But I admit I've only been skimming the threads recently.
Whenever I find an article that has either important info, is an especially good example of science/health writing or illustrates something about how science and/or critical thinking works (preferably all three) then I'll post it. I don't hold out much hope for interesting conversation about it though and I'm just resigned to the inevitable emotional reactions and anecdotal counter-examples.
"Big Pharma will never let the media get hold of this because they don't want you to know that smoking half an ounce of marijuana daily prevents alopecia!"
"I never brushed my teeth a single day in my life and I never got any cavities because I got weekly green tea colon flushes."
