Geminis and Spousal Deaths
Something weird seems to be surrounding Geminis. In the last six months or so I personally know at least five friends born under this sign who have lost their spouses. It was an additional jolt to learn of the death of Natasha Richardson whose husband Liam Neeson was born June 7, 1962.
Any clues as to what configuration of planets has brought this apparent cluster of tragedies to this sign? Insights into planetary configurations that augur disruptions including death or breakups to realationships?

1. not an astrologer
and my understanding is that they determine houses by ascendant.

But if you instead use sun sign to determine houses, then for Geminis, pluto, after retrograding into the 7th house of marriage and business partnerships, turned direct and re-entered the 8th house of sex, death, transformation...

2. Thank you
So you think it's Pluto's association with death? Wish other Duer's would help but thank you for replying.

4. pluto's association with death/transformation
moving from Gemini's 7th house of marriage partnerships into 8th house of death/transformation. All of which occurred over the past 6 months, with Jan. 30 as the date that pluto moved from sag into cap.

But I'm not an astrologer. That's just a connection that jumped out at me.

5. I don't know enough about astrology to comment on this but
the date you have for Liam Neeson's birth year does not look correct to me. I thought he was older than I am by a few years and 1962 puts him younger. I thought I heard that he was around 56 years old. That would put his birth year in the 1950's. I could have heard his age wrong but I seem to remember there being about 10 years age difference.

10. Well, I am a Gemini--does that mean I'm going to lose my hubby?
We've been together for 40 years and no signs of trouble yet. This thread makes me VERY uncomfortable. I've never before seen an astrological sun sign singled out here for some kind of disaster--not characteristic of this board.

11. You're simply noticing it.
People die every single day. Thousands of people die every single day. Heck, millions are probably dying every single day, given the current population of the world. Deaths are not restricted to spouses born under Gemini. For some reason you're paying attention to those particular deaths and spouses.
