1. Did you switch purses?
Or did you have your purse inside another bag? I keep seeing your wallet in a purse or large bag, at the bottom.

Under the bed or pillows. Can you give more information about where it was last you remember?

Christmas day I was at my sister's. I haven't seen them for about four years. When her husband was cleaning up the kitchen, we were sitting at the table, and he shouted in that he couldn't find the lid to one of the storage jars. It had just been there on the counter. I told my sister, "it's not "Lost"". She said it's not? I went in the kitchen and it was under something by the refrigerator. I will not allow lost things when I'm around!

ps.. but some things are not found until we stop looking for them.

7. I also get that it is in the geograchical "back" of the house
not the car/garage/front door kitchen area
definately feels like a bedroom or office area

did you leave it in a coat at a gathering? could it still be in the "coatroom"...?

14. What were you wearing?
A coat, a robe? check the pockets. Or pants pockets, or laundry room.
Was anyone with you? Maybe they remember you doing something with it.
How long ago was that? If it's been a couple of days, think of where else you might have had it. A store? An outing?

Just center yourself, breathe, and repeat:

"Everything you need comes to you, and everything you need to know will be revealed to you."

Honestly, saying that has helped me many times.

In the meantime, I guess a trip to the DMV is in order. Last time I lost a wallet I had left it on the roof of my car at the gas station, and then went through the car wash! I did get it back, eventually, but had already cancelled all the credit cards, etc. The wallet and all my pictures were ruined in the car wash. Too bad, it was a nice wallet. I haven't found a good one since.

Is the universe trying to tell you something by keeping your wallet from you?

:D

4. This probably won't be helpful but it's exactly where you left it.
Sitting there waiting for you to get it. Did you leave it at a friends house (assuming you've checked your home already). Seems like a dresser or shelf to me.

I do hope you find it soon though.

10. try these
a) glass upside down. Just turn one upside down and according to this old wives tale, the lost thing will reappear.

b) St. Anthony. "Saint Anthony, St. Anthony, something is lost and must be found."

I know people who swear by this.

c) realize that a faerie or a leprechaun took it and it will be returned in due time.

15. Is there a small child
or a dog in the house who might have moved it?

Once my wallet went missing and I found it a couple of days later inside a toy belonging to my two year old. I figured out he had put it there.

And yes, sometimes mischievous spirits take stuff, and them return them. Several years ago an earring of mine went missing, and I didn't worry too hard about it because I knew it had to be in my bedroom where I'd been when I'd taken it out of my ear. About six months later, while walking down the stairs in the house, the earring materialized in front of me, hit my knee, and there it was, on the step right ahead of me. I figured it was returned in part because I wouldn't play the frantic game of trying to find it, and whatever had taken it, got bored and decided to give it back.

17. Prank-playing spirit once hid all my teaspoons
He's been hanging out with me for a while, and is always doing stuff to make me laugh, but once he hid all my teaspoons. I didn't realize what was happening -- thought I had accidentally thrown them all in the garbage. Then a couple of days later I found them in the dish drainer (which I had already taken apart looking for them). It was amusing after the fact, but frustrating when it happened.

20. Interesting developement.
Turns out I am not the only one missing stuff in our house. One housemate can't find his Rolex and another is missing her wedding ring. Both knew exactly where they left them before they disappeared.
Considering all the traffic we have had thru the place this week I am starting to wonder if they 'grew legs'.

22. While we're at it, can we play, "Where is Love Bug's missing check?"
My sister gave me a check yesterday just as I was leaving her place and I slipped it into my coat pocket. Today, no check. I went straight home from her place and didn't go out again until today. I did look around thinking maybe it slipped out of the pocket when I pulled out my gloves, but nada. If anyone has any insight on where it might be, I'd sure like to hear it!

Maybe we can make this a regular feature on the ASAH group -- find the (fill in the blank).

23. Love Bug, does the letter J mean anything to you?
That's what I keep getting when I ask.

Also, my first thought before asking spirit was that it is in your car.

Maybe that helps?

27. Not sure what's meant by it either, but
it's a letter J on it's side -- as if it has been tipped over to the left and is lying down.

You don't have a Jetta do you?

28. I FOUND IT! It was right where you said it was!
I found the check on the floor of the back seat on the driver's side of my car! How it got there, I don't know! As for the "J", it was a third party check my sister signed over to me, and one of the check signers is named "Johnson," so maybe that's the "J." Thanks so much! It's only $48, but it's money I need!

Woo-hoo! :bounce:

25. Back of a couch under a cushion?
That is what popped into my mind but maybe cause my sister had that happen to her not long ago

Sometimes when I loose something important I ask my guides to find it for me and go do something else. Later when without intending to on my way to do something else I will walk right over to a spot reach out and pick up a magazine, cushion or something and there is the missing item. Last week my Mom was going nuts after loosing her cell phone. It was off or the battery worn out so the usual trick of calling her number couldn't help us find it. I told her to ask her guides to take care of it for her and let them do the work. After tearing most of the house apart looking for it she gave in. That evening she came to me grinning and chuckling with cell phone in hand. She was headed for the bathroom when she instead went out of her way lifted up a newspaper and found her cellphone.

Unless there is a child or even a dog at play I think the fairy folk are trying to get your attention about something. :-)
