energy! Lily was ny niece that had a nasty MRSA several places on her body. You all sent her some good stuff! She got better a bit quicker than the doctors expected and is doing terrific. Thank you so very much. My brother and sister in law (her parents) are complete and utter fundies, so I didn't mention that I asked for a little alternative healing help with her (;

I'm so glad to hear that she feels better.
I can sympathize to an extent because I had terrible poison ivy in June and just felt miserable. Reiki (and DU vibes :D) certainly helped me!

9. It IS! And now my dear friend's husband has a huge one on his arm.

Its on his upper arm, and made his hand swell up so much that stretch marks appeared in a few hours.

His doctor says they are seeing a MRSA outbreak in our area. Scary.

My eldest daughter went to nursing school in Springfield. MRSA is usually picked up in hospitals, and I know there are a lot of them in that area. Glad to hear Lily's doing so well!! DC

12. Just outside of Springfield. This friend actually works in a hospital, but

his son had a small staph infection on his leg in July. C (my friends hubby) was doctoring up the sore with bare hands before he knew it was staph.

As I understand it, there is a community acquired MRSA and also hospital acquired MRSA. The hospital kind is the really bad one.I think they culture the nasty stuff that comes out to see which strain it is.

Congratulations on choosing to become attuned to Reiki. You won't regret it! Just remember you might detox after so remember to self treat daily (even if all you do is put your hands on yourself as you go to sleep) and drink plenty of water in the days *before* as well as after attunement. Some Reiki Masters will start sending to their students in the weeks preceding attuement ti prepare them so if you notice any buzzing or tingling or feelings of warmth it is probably this.

Admittedly I rarely post there and don't read regularly any more but it was were I first found community with energy workers online. It was also where I was given free distance attunements to Reiki I & II. The archives are wonderful because you can go back and check out the monthly experiments suggested by one of the Reiki Masters who maintain the the forum. The first one I remember doing was sending to Master Usui in thanks for him passing on this wonderful system of healing. The results were facinating!
