Alternative remedies

Throughout the time I've been on DU, and mostly in this group, people have written about certain remedies that are helpful for discomfort or re-balancing. Reading the article on fruits and vegetables that Votes posted made me think of the wealth of hints and tips that we have collectively.

I wondered if we should request a pinned post. Like the recipes section in the veg forum, for the non pharma (herbal type)remedies that are helpful.

Someone, I believe ExDempat, or possibly Nancy or both wrote about some flower essences that were good for depression. I wish I could just look it up.

Since so many of us are on a path to balance the planet, through our own studies I know there are many simple solutions known in our collective heads. As an example white vinegar is harmless yet can be used to help heal nail fungus.

Would anyone else be interested in this, providing we get approval from the admins?

I think it's a great idea for a pinned thread since I'm sort of sick of posting my Edgar Cayce bath recipe and other stuff over and over again like a broken record.

I have often wished we had a pinned or at least continuing, thread for all the great links people post.
Maybe we could have one of each.

If admin doesn't want to pin, I would be willing to help keep it (them) kicked, and help out any way I can to get it established.
