The trees give a most agreeable shade and
A hundred bright birds scatter their song on the breeze.

There were hands and hearts here who loved this place
And kept it well. Their work is everywhere to be seen,
Even felt in the gentle light that warms the shoulders of this Earth.

I check in at DU2 regularly; not this forum (I saw it had no activity fairly soon after DU3 launched), but glad I checked today.

I don't interact much at DU3 (I responded to a few threads in GD here at DU2 as to why) other than at ASAH.

I found ASAH to be a wonderful refuge from the turmoil and knee-jerkingly combative nature of almost every other forum on DU2. Didn't post much, but I took solace in reading the thoughts of gentle and accepting souls--who all seem to have vanished in a twinkling. I am moved by the peace they left behind them.

Thanks also for the kind words about LBN; it just looked like a thing that needed doing.
