I have to admit that I speak of my ASAH family as a tangible spirit-family... :grouphug:
Just last night a friend was asking me if I knew anyone who was going thru some of these physical changes, and I told him about us here - how we all are always talking about our experiences, and sharing and caring... that it's a great group who I have come to trust in the past few years of 'hanging out' here...

I feel the same way. I think we have an amazing spirit community here, and it is quite wondrous to be a part of it. I know that if I have a bad day someone is usually always here to comfort or lend sage advice.
