Everybody be ready for the moodiest of moody weeks.
July 1, there will be a Solar Eclipse at 9 degrees of Cancer, (July 11) opposite Pluto, and and right angles to transiting Saturn and Uranus.
That complete one big cross in the sky. Many things will happen. The main focus, of course, will be in Cancer.

Do not flinch about this.

This eclipse will make you lucid; things will come to the surface. What will the questions be? Am I getting what I need emotionally?
Am I living on fumes or really being cared for by others. This should be the end of the matter. It it keeps on rearing its head, this is why it's coming up again.

Everyone, take care of your own needs no matter what the feared consequences are. You and I must take care of ole number 1.

This eclipse has been in effect for 9 days now and has another week to go. In fact, I think it will cover the whole summer.
All the best to all of our best friends here! :grouphug:

1. The eclipse is conjunct with my Venus (8 degrees Venus) and my midheaven
My midheaven is 11 Venus.

I hope it means great things for my career but it sounds like instead it will be about more emotional healing and releasing.

And my little Cancer daughter and I kind of on the outs. SO, lucid (and calm!) would be GOOD!

4. I'm already feeling it, and have been feeling it for days on end....
all hell is breaking loose it seems. Old stuff is coming to the surface, and If I had any doubt that my employer was completely neurotic and insane, I don't anymore. Not only that but we just found out we may have to move. I'm sure all is as it should be even though that's getting more and more harder to believe everyday!

5. I am starting to feel rebellious.....this morning I actually felt like quitting my job.
For no good reason really...I just don't feel like getting up every day and going to the office. Just want to stay home and isolate myself for awhile. What is that all about??? I hope it passes soon, because those are the thoughts of a 12 year old!

6. Give yourself a break, Avalux..
those aren't thougts of a 12 year old, they are perfectly normal....esp. with all the added stress we go through in this day and age. I believe we all need and deserve more time off and alone than we get, and with all the forward-moving astrological and energetic stuffs, this is not unexpected. Do you get vacation?

13. It's difficult for me to take a vacation.....
work is so busy I can't be out of the office for more than a day or two at a time, but at least I have a job. Still, that part of me that HATES conformity and just wants to be free to do what I want sometimes is sitting on my shoulder yelling in my ear, begging me to revolt. I think I'm going to hibernate this upcoming 3 day weekend.

I'm so happy for you.

Did you hear what your "critical parent said"? "I hope it passes soon, because those are the thoughts of a 12 year old!"

Any little 12 yr old would learn to shut up and stay repressed.
THIS is your liberation
I'm happy for you!

31. Ouch! My critical parent......
my critical parent never shuts up! What the heck?! I've just now realized it! It is liberation time, the liberation of that child I've repressed for so long. So many things have happened over the past few weeks...little signs....but now I feel as if I'm being kicked in the shins by her, and can't ignore her anymore.

June has been crazy, maybe since I'm a Gemini and the three eclipses, and where the planets are...

Not feeling happy yet though, ha ha - feel a bit scared actually (excited/nervous too?).

Thank you for making a light bulb go off! :hi:

It's much much more complex than that. I just had an issue with my family that has been danced around for 3 years, finally put out in the open - just ready how to get solved.

It's national and international and karmic and collective and personal, all of those things

25. THe mc is the main pt of your chart
this is simple:

1. Do you want to keep hauling around all of your emotional baggage or not?

That simple. The MC directs you into your future - who do you want to be. Action is critical now.
This can be a marvelous breakthru now. Use the eclipse to get clarity, then act.
good luck :hi:

Edited on Thu Jun-30-11 02:45 PM by Why Syzygy
I'm using the New Moon/Eclipse to launch a new health routine. After much time, I finally feel committed and ready for it.
I have 3 planets in Cancer/12th House.

Cancer 8.30.21 in 12th.
Also, Mercury (conj. Uranus), Jupiter and Uranus (sq. Neptune) in Cancer. This should be a biggie for me, right?

I can feel this on a macro level too. I am amused at the disintegration of the old structure. Can't wait to see what happens next!

ETA:
Great Goddess! Moon is transiting 12th house on the eclipse!
Moon in the 12th House, from 02:38
New Moon, Solar eclipse (p) in house 12, exact at 03:54

Not helpful to tell her its the eclipse, I guess.

34. Lucidity here?
2 emotionally fragile daughters, 23 + 26 years old, often give themselves, eachother and me serious aggravation/upset. Today, I come to this: They're each 'affiliated' w fine, thoughtful, emotionally strong, knowledgeable and supportive men, so I'll do my best to remove myself from regular upsets and bad feelings. Let it be.

38. Friday night was my awards ceremony
I did not win. However, I was the only one out of the group of 8 in my category that the final judge (an editor) asked for the full manuscript. I have two other fulls out right now, and about ten partials (three chapters and a synopsis) as well. Just the nomination alone was a huge win; it kicks my career into high gear.

Rick will laugh when I state the following: You told me last month that I felt like God did not hear me, and I needed to work on that? Well, I think God heard me. I feel like I have been dreaming for the last three months.

I will take a deep breath, focus on myself and the things I dream about for others, and hope it all works out in the end. ;-)

45. I feel fidgety
Can't keep still at work, bored, just fidgety. There are definitely some needs not getting met, but overall life is just boring and I wish there were more to the proverbial "all this".

I had a really emotional weekend cleaning out my Mom and Dad's house with my sister and brother-in-law. Taking chunks of the past and hurling it out into a huge dumpster, I thought a lot about the best time ever with my Dad and that was when I spent election night with them in 2008. I am missing him bad right now, tomorrow is his birthday (a week after the anniversary of his death) so this is quite emotional. He was a Cancer and I am a Cancer, both of us born in July.

50. Whta a week it has been!
No only did I receive a wonderful reading by you (thank you!), I've spent the days since reflecting upon it and I feel different in some ways yet I can't put it into words. During this time (yes, the last few days), I've met someone who appeals to my mind (we are on the same level intellectually) and BONUS: I am attracted to him physically as well. I'm excited about the potential.

Wouldn't you know it though, someone from my recent past who I thought was gone has popped up. Out of the blue, he came by my house and dropped of some things he bought for me. I wasn't home; he left them on my porch then sent me a text to let me know ending with "love you and miss you". That, of course, brought up old feelings, after thinking I had moved on and would never hear from him again. I do have to move on from him though; the relationship just isn't what I need right now.

I must take care of ol number 1.
