Light and prayers needed. Please read.

I'm posting this separately because the situation is so desperate, and because we are so close to the end of the month that I don't want this to get lost. A very good friend, deeply spiritual and the most gifted astrologer I've ever known, is in a disastrous situation. She's been in ICU for two months, will be moved to Long Term Acute Care today if she's stable enough.

In late March she had surgery for a large aortic aneurysm just above the heart. When she went into shock after surgery, doctors gave her medication to constsrict her arteries and raise her blood pressure. The medication cut off circulation to her extremeties and three weeks ago they had to amputate both legs and her left arm. She's on a ventilator and can't talk so no one knows how much she knows about what's happened to her - doctors didn't tell her in advance that they were going to amputate. She can never live independently again, will end up in a state-run nursing home. She's in Georgia and her family is in Arizona so, unless Medicaid will pay for an air ambulance to move her, she's going to be alone.

I'm asking for light and for prayers to give her the strength she needs.

She is, btw, a yellow dog democrat in a red state. Not that politics matter.

I will definitely send love and light her way. May she be protected and held during this time so that she has the strength that she needs to get through this. I will also pray on her behalf.

I've had two dreams about her this week. In the first dream she was young, happy, and her arm and hand had been reattached. She was even wearing nail polish, although her wrist was wrapped with an Ace bandage. She was excited because they - I don't know who they were - were going to move to the border. In the second dream she was wearing a long, white dress, was going to marry a Pisces, but first wanted to talk to FDR, who was sitting in the next room. Btw, she's a Capricorn, and Saturn is/has been squaring her Sun. Most of her progressions involve her first house Neptune. She has a natal Mars/Jupiter-Mercury-Neptune t-square.

I am so sorry! I'm sending light of comfort, healing and strength to your dear friend, and to you. As IHAD said, I am so glad she has you for a friend.

Please let us hear from you as things progress. I wonder if the doctor(s) would help organize an air ambulance (and help with costs) for her. It is hard to believe this was done without her prior knowledge so that she could have some self-determination in the aftermath; what were they thinking? :cry: I hope the prayers and energy lift you and your friend up.
