The revolution is here
Don't be afraid. Hold each other's hands. We're going to be ok. The world just can't stand the old anymore. Jupiter and Uranus are blowing out the old in late Pisces and early Aries. It's all going to clear out. We have to let the dust settle first. It has to happen. :grouphug:

What, astrologically speaking, is the chance of that happening?

I mean, that's always the scary thing about revolutions, isn't it? The unknown that will replace it. And here, I add my prayer for power to the people.

20. Here's the thing....

From my pea brain perspective (I'm starting to see how sometimes ignorance can be bliss :)).

I know it's human nature to look at past revolutions and history and current indicators and blah, blah, blah. And, it's wise to be aware of the past, in order to learn from it, obviously.

But, from where I sit, people get immersed in the past entirely too often and get stuck there, EXPECTING a replay of prior events.

We need to wipe the slate clean and envision things manifesting in ENTIRELY NEW WAYS -- ways of love, joy, grace and ease.

So what if there's never been a peaceful, joy-filled revolution essentially overnight in the past? Let's start it now!!! Let's support it happening, energetically and otherwise.

and I thought: Reagan, hmmmm...that's when *they* (TPTB) got control of the message. They were so afraid of the peace, love, brotherhood message that was beginning to dawn in the consciousness of many people in the world. And what they replaced it with was fear, greed, fundamentalism.

It's no wonder I've been listening to a lot of music from the 60s lately! Edit to add: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1u3UljH-YQ

53. Hey! You keep your hands off my wardrobe :)
A number of years ago in my quest to simplify I chose to start wearing a uniform of sorts. I have four or five of the same shirts and pants (a set of warm weather, and a set of cold weather), and that's what I wear, day in and day out. Originally the color chosen was a cobalt blue, but it's too hard to find that color and match dye lots. So, after thinking about my options, I settled on black.

60. I won't touch it. I promise. If you have something that suits your
lifestyle (no pun intended!) that's great. In fact, I think the "fashion" industry is a male-dominated, ego-tripping nightmare and I have opted out. I wear scrubs to work and sweats at home. When I go out in public, I like to add a bit more color.

I was just thinking about the 60s and how colorful the clothing was then and got a bit nostalgic.

Barbara Hand Clow talks of the Mayan Calender focusing on Carl Calleman's research. I can't remember the exact cycle but the one we are in now is the final repeat of one somewhere in the middle ages when the Middle East flourished culturally, intellectually, and politically so likely the surge of change and growth is connected. wish I could find that particular reference so I could be more exact and provide th link, sorry.

Here is a printable pdf calendar doc to print out. Tomorrow, Sunday the 10th, is the last day of the 6th night. The 7th day, beginning on the 11th - Oct. 28 ( end of 9th wave) is the period of fruition.
It came with pages for notes of your own observations. I have watched through the periods of seeding, germinating, sprouting, leaf formation, budding, flowering, Now the fruition is of course the full blown world wide OCCUPY movement!
right on & fascinating!

38. What do you think of this thought?
When we were young, in the 1960s and 70s, every time there was a charismatic leader that wanted to change things, they were assassinated. JFK, RFK, Malcolm X, etc. Then it went to mysterious plane crashes and Senators like Paul Wellstone, Mel Carnahan, Pickles Heinz, and John Tower.

So TPTB stopped meaningful change by scaring the hell out of us. Blatant assassinations in front of our eyes.

NOW, it's different. Due to Wikileaks, the internet and Twitter, the people in Egypt don't need charismatic leaders to show them what to do. They know what to do, and can communicate via Twitter and cellfones (that "fone" is in honor of Don Martin, who invented the word "fonebone".). CNN talked to a Ph.D. student at Georgia Tech from Egypt and he said the protesters were "young, educated and unemployed".

The revolutions can happen due to technology, without leaders. The only leader I know of in the Egypt revolution is Mohamed El Baradei and he was a worldwide famous person before, due to his work as UN chief nuclear weapons inspector.

In a very real sense, the people are the change they seek. Doing it for themselves with technology.

Egyptians ---> :yourock:

82. However OGR.................
We elders have a lot to share with them by virtue of "time served", wisdom gained!
My mind is still blown by the Blackfly Ball costume party celebration in Machias Maine last August.
I was intuitively prompted to go as Pallas Athena Goddess of wisdom & war...........independant free thinking female, and observer of the larger patterns. The astroid was passing over my natal mars at the time.
So I wriggled myself into a fluid velvet Grecian style dress I had made 35 years and 35 pounds ago. Painted a gold headress with an owl ( her totem)& went off to the ball. To my amazement I drew the 20-26 year old crowd like a a magnet. They came up to talk to me They knew EXACTLY who Pallas was.............. ( I bet of you asked their parents they wouldn't have a clue) I remember now one of my art students, Now 24, borrowed my Greek mythology book for several weeks back when he was 13!
Astrologically the planetary patterns create compatabilities every other generation, that's why Grandparents are so important. Our society has tried to cut that link, by segrigating the generations via economic circumstance, pursuading elders to take cruises, keeping the kids so busy with homework (NCLB)they don't have time for arts & crafts communing with nature etc, with the gr-parents.
EXAMPLE: MY DAUGHTER TEASES ME ABOUT STALKING THE KIDS ON FACEBOOK. I have friended some of the Grkids friends. I perceive it as following the Search Institute's 53 years of research on the 40 Developmental Assets: What every child needs; to be the best integrated & effective in their lives. WHEN THEIR TOWN FLOODED from Irene, I was able to offer sympathy & consolation; while they kept me posted of the news. ( My family bailed and went to their NY City apartment for the duration!)_ Their friends appreciated my concern & kept me posted of local info..

44. "We are the change we have been waiting for"
I think we should also take this lesson from recent events: that we have to stop looking for other people to lead us, for other people to take care of us, because the era of the Daddy Figure is over. If we want things to happen, WE have to make them happen.

We have a tendency, in global politics and in our own comparatively smaller private worlds, that Someone Else should be in charge, because s/he is smarter, more powerful, more worthy to lead. We've been conditioned to look outside ourselves, and perhaps back in the '60s and '70s (that Daddy Era) that was true. It's not true anymore, however.

I love Obama, but our biggest mistake was thinking that he would Take Care of Everything while we followed along waving banners. It seems the rest of the world has gotten the message and we are lagging behind. Time for the U.S. to catch up.

be the end game with the Egyptian, etc., revolutions?

If more and more people free themselves from dictatorial control (regardless of the "title" those in charge hold), especially in the Middle East, it naturally leads to Palestine and that huge conflict.

Wow.....

49. We can't get into a prediction game as to who will wake up when
they will wake up when they are ready to. The planets are in such a position now to augment and the waves are right. This still
does not mean that each will be ok. We have to keep from projecting our concept of what they will "look like" when they are ok on top of them. They have a deeper history of karma that we cannot understand. All is right in God's world, I would assume. We can't get caught up in the excitement, just watch it unfold.

I'd say it's moving incredibly fast as it is! It just started 26 days ago! :hi:

Yet as I ponder the changes I personally would like to see and experience, that is certainly one of them. As MG said, it feels very "old world."

54. This thought has been running through my mind for the last couple
of days, so I may as well put it in print, so it will go away! lol. I keep getting the message that rather than the "end of the world" beginning in the middle east as we've all be scared into believing from the bible mostly, and I'm sure some people are looking at this through a lense of fear and thinking just that. But the feeling I'm getting is that yes, the "end of the world" is starting in the middle east, but not how we've been led to believe. It's the end of what the world is NOW...and it will spread across the globe in due time, it's the end of the OLD, and that is definitely not a bad thing.

You wanna hear something funny...I was reading this thread fromt he beginning and not registering the date difference, and how was Kimmers an aquarian and yet we are in October? I thought it was a typo...

I see...we are talking about *here* and *now*...how much of this all rang tru a few months ago and it is continuing on our side of the globe too :) yay!

...and here's something interesting that Rick brough up in this month's newsletter: the Ghandi factor! How that energy and guidance is available to us COLLECTIVELY right now, because of where we are at and our vibrational ability to BE that energy! Before it was just one spirit that could stand to hold that kind of wisdom or healing vibration for humanity...now we are collectively able to anchor that on the planet...how cool is that?

69. The revolution started 5/27/09
Edited on Fri Oct-07-11 05:36 PM by Ricochet21
That was what brought about the Tea Party. I warned about using Uranus in Aries energy the wrong way, the baby way, which is exactly what they did. I said, "Welcome to the Revolution" etc. Also, Uranus was with Jupiter in Arie, which is what I called Thelma and Louise. How twue, how twue. "Waaaaa, I want it my way, and I'll hold my breath until I get it...."

Now, Saturn has moved out of opposition to Uranus and Uranus is largely alone in Aries, the true uprising of sane people. And its oppostion to Pluto is against "the man".

Glad you resurrected this! Cool.
To me, it is not a prediction whatsoever, it's a pre-known fact. Now, lets overwhelm Wall Street, the bastards.

Here is April 2009, look for Lennon.

90. They cling out of fear.
Fear has been the primary instrument that has ruled this planet for aeons, but it's days of dominion are now over. It will not go easily. And yet many on the Earth don't know any other way to BE. So they cling to the old ways. They hang-on to what is familiar and recognizable, even whether they know or not that in so doing they will limit their ability to evolve and overcome the very negative world they seek to change, or escape from. And that is mainly because we have all learned the lessons of fear that the Dark has taught us, too well.

Those lessons of fear became our "norm." Those lessons taught us to look outside of ourselves for TRUTH and to look to the very same people who enslaved us with their dogmas, prejudices, hatred and lies for the answers of how we should BE. Instead of looking within which is the only place where TRUTH and our POWER can be found.

- But I try not to become discouraged. Because I know that many will make the transition yet -- as everything continues to speed up.

This is a new way of living for ALL across the planet and the need to detach and allow all to unfold is necessary. Illusion has taught for too long that change is something to be feared but also taught that same is what is needed. That is the challenge for ALL dear ones as the need to have routine can be overwhelming yet the breaking of routine is the route to freedom. We guide ALL to embrace freedom and to detach from routine where appropriate, for how can you grow and expand if YOU do not move out of the familiar? http://lightworkers.org/channeling/143132/high-council-orion-message-8th-october">link

Edited on Sun Oct-09-11 08:44 PM by sandyshoes17
imo. I think what they fear the most, is us all finding common ground. They spend countless hours and money keeping us in small groups. Rep-Dem. Black-White, Moslem-Christian, etc. All fighting each other, while they do what they want. Their worst fear is us finding common ground and joining together. The day that happens even partially they are done. And when it comes to whats going on we are all in this together, some people just don't realize it yet, they are still drinking the koolaid, but it may start wearing off, and that will be the beginning for us and the end for them.

96. Exactly.
Edited on Sun Oct-09-11 10:43 PM by DeSwiss
And it is the primary reason that FEAR has been used as the primary means with which to control us, by the TPTB. Because fear is self-replicating and automatic, once it is instilled within the ego. Which is why the teaching of fear begins in early childhood so that it becomes part and parcel of whom we will become.

Fear separates us. Fear denies the fact that All Are One. And with fear we are then easily conquered individually because we worry about ourselves and the idea that we're truly alone. And worst of all, FEAR convinces us that death is an end in an of itself, when it is in fact only a transition from this life in the 3D.

And once one is trained to fear, no chains are necessary to hold us because we will willingly enslave ourselves. We fear being ostracized. We fear not fitting in. We fear being left out and destitute. So we constantly gauge our behavior, our decisions and what actions we should take based upon that fear, rather than from the knowledge of our true connection to the divinity of All That Is.

You've hit the nail directly upon its head.....

The thoughts on which you choose to focus your attention determine how you experience your lives. It is always your choice. Many thoughts flow through your mind daily as you dwell in the illusion, and it is always your choice which ones you attend to and develop. You need to remind yourselves frequently that you, that all sentient beings, are perfect divine beings eternally and infinitely loved by God. And because of that you are – every one of you – of infinite worth and value. In the illusion, practically every culture engages in judgment, and judgment leads to doubt, fear, guilt, and a sense that others are more valuable than you, as you struggle with shame and embarrassment over aspects of yourselves that you find unacceptable and which you know others would judge most harshly, and rightly so if they knew of them.

Be kind and charitable to yourselves; accept yourselves because you are totally acceptable, having been created perfect by God. Once you start truly accepting yourselves just as you are, you will find yourselves engaging less and less frequently in behavior (thoughts, words, or actions) that you, and you feel sure others, judge as unacceptable. It really is a very basic fact that if you believe that you are unacceptable, then you will engage in unacceptable behavior, and if you believe that you are acceptable, then you will not. It is simply that you act on your beliefs to prove to yourselves that they are valid, so if you do not like yourselves then change your beliefs! They are not set in stone and can be very limiting and destructive. And you most definitely can change them; after all, it was once believed that the Earth was the center of the Universe, and if you disagreed, you were judged to be dangerously sinful.

Of course, changing your beliefs can be painful because you have invested so much of yourselves in them. And to admit that you were wrong can make you feel ashamed because you fear the reactions of others when they hear about it. So start with small prejudices or viewpoints that no one else knows about, and you will be amazed at how much lighter you feel when you release yourselves from them and allow yourselves to acknowledge their invalidity and experience the freedom of no longer being governed by the constraints they imposed on you.

To awaken is to embrace your true state – which is limitless. When you look around, you cannot avoid noticing the restrictions that beliefs place on those who adhere to them, and conversely, the freedom enjoyed by those who are open-minded and willing to question and examine their own beliefs and those of others. All your technological progress has occurred because previous concepts that were found to be unsatisfactory were questioned, and found to be erroneous and unduly restrictive. Beliefs can be useful as steps on the path to knowledge, much as are hypotheses, but when enforced as self-evident and unchangeable truths, they prevent knowledge from growing. The same is true for spiritual beliefs, which are basically human ideas about God, authoritatively enforced, which again prevents meaningful discussion and the growth in understanding that would follow.
