Does anyone understand the downloads supposedly going on?

I keep reading about downloads and how they can make you tired until you integrate the download. I really don't understand what a download is, who is doing it, and what is being downloaded.

Can anyone here enlighten this very dense 3D person? I feel that something is going on but really don't understand what.

1. I can only speak from my own experience

About a month or two before things went wild last June/July/August/September I was lying in bed almost asleep, and I felt my crown chakra open completely, and the most powerful, loving energy pouring in. It felt angelic, and I was grateful for it. I thanked my angels for whatever it was they did, knowing that it was something I needed. It definitely kept me from losing faith durint that trying time last summer.

Then about a week and a half ago, I got another "energy download" to prep for what is coming up. This was just as loving and powerful, but it was also more tender and sweet. So I guess there's something coming up that we'll need the energy for.

Anyway, that's my interpretation of the downloads.

6. I'm not feeling a change in energy (one way or another), myself.

I'm just seeing what seems to be the effects of the energy in other people.

It is all as it needs to be, I guess. I just need to keep trying to let my higher self respond rather than my ego. That's not always easy for me when I'm angry or defensive.

Maybe that's my lesson right now.

3. I could use some too

This energy that's hitting me doesn't feel so loving and angelic. It's knocking me flat on my face.

I went to a seminar a while back and they were talking about this. I'll try to pass along what I understood of it. As we are expanding our consciousness, our bodies are changing to accommodation the earth changes as well. As this energy is flowing into our systems, it is pulling our vibrations up to the higher dimensions where we'll have to be to survive. Being human, any changes to our bodies, even good ones, aren't easy and are sometimes painful, just like childbirth. It'll be wonderful when we get there, but in the meantime, we're struggling, especially those having to elevate a lot in vibration over a relatively short period of time. Sounds like Kookaburra might be experiencing this on a more gradual and smoother ride than most. What's your secret?

The energy is coming from the universe to assist earth is her current ascension.

4. All I'm feeling is an unusual "off kilter" vibe all around me.

No more vertigo for me, (thank God) but many "why am I so off?"/"why is everyone else so off?" types of incidents.

8. I am way "off"

I don't know why. Saturn squared my Sun exactly yesterday, but that can't be it. I have many symptoms like inner-ear or vertigo for about a month now. Very disorienting. I have educated guesses, but I'm not going there.

How did you you get past your vertigo?

13. I decided to lie in bed for like four hours until it went away,

and I've been really careful not to bend forward too much. That may or may not have helped at all. It was totally random and I actually can't remember the last time it happened before this past incident.

7. I don't know

I do know that right on cue, when I've read that a symptom would be massive sinus pressure, I was feeling sinus pressure of an intensity I'd not felt before, yet without headache. I had been chalking it up to my usual allergies...except my horse also has allergies and we normally have concurrent symptoms. Yet his nose was dry and he wasn't coughing at all.

I've been having allergy symptoms around my eyes off and on now for months. Everytime I think it's over, it pops back up.

I don't know if this is related, but Last year, I had a series of incredibly intense "dreams" in which I was downloading what I thought was urinalysis when I woke up, but it didn't really fit with what we were learning. It was a lot of biochemistry and formulas streaming into my head all freakin' night. I had another one a few weeks ago...this time with serology. I wish it had happened for hematology and micro...those are the rote memorization sink holes I needed help with, lol.

9. I know that I learned something about myself !!

My mind is very open to the power of suggestion. I've been watching a lot of "House" shows on TV lately. I love how he is "always" able to arrive at difficulty diagnosis's. When I was at my wits end trying to "help" all of my Dr.'s diagnose what ailed me...I silently prayed for a "House"....to come to my rescue. I said all of this just to say ..whatever symptom they had, that I did, I had that disease!!!So if the mind is that powerful, I have to start using it for positive, healing thoughts! Now I know that it's true "a mind is a terrible thing to waste" What a revelation!!! I've always denied being a hypochondriac, but damn....the power of suggestion is an awesome thing!!

12. I wasn't very clear

I already had the symptoms just before I read about them. Like I would wake up with heavy sinus pressure that I was chalking up to allergies, but my horse wasn't showing allergy symptoms which we normally get in tandem. Then later that day I would read something about the shift and the ascension, and a major symptom was heavy sinus pressure. My back was aching since late last week -- even with one dog or the other sleeping against it, which usually gives me total relief. And then one of the symptoms in Lauren Gorgo's latest writing was backache. I've also been having problems since last winter that I can't explain any more. My eyes kept getting very red and sore or itchy. Initially I chalked it up to the amount of reading, computer time and lack of sleep. But it continued into my break and continues today. I've been chalking it up to allergies...it comes and goes, sometimes very unexpectedly. Last night, suddenly came on and my right eye had a big red blotch. I've again been chalking it up to allergies, but again Algiers isn't showing any symptoms. This morning -- clear, like it nevery happened. And the eye issues were another symptom mentioned by Gorgo. Although I take all that with a big grain of salt because they list so many symptoms that frankly anybody not an infant is going to be feeling one or another of them.

But yes, the power of suggestion is important. When I was much younger, I would often think I had the symptoms of something I read or saw on t.v. I've made a point of reminding myself of that since now I'm studying so many diseases, so I don't find myself worrying to death over nothing.

You should consider not watching medical programs if you succomb to the symptoms to that degree, and find more positive things to focus your mind on.
