if I were a volcano, I'd be sputtering and spewing right now

not sure what about. I'm swinging in and out from one feeling to the next. Not into nonstop pyroclastic flow...yet. Just sputtering with occasional outbursts of flames and lava.

For the last few weeks, I've felt so much sinus pressure, nonstop. Algiers' sinuses have been acting up too. His left nostril started dripping goo off and on last August (horse COPD). Right through the winter, on the coldest days and the warmest days. In tandem with my sinus aches.
And then, at the same time mine started up a couple weeks ago, his started dripping nonstop, morning and night.

This morning I woke up at 4am and suddenly the sinus pressure lifted, for the first time in 2 or 3 weeks. I felt a surge of energy and have been swinging from determined to enraged and back again ever since. And Algiers' nostril dried up for the first time in weeks, too!

I think this means watch out...we're about to start another wild ride.

1. Wouldn't be suprised

I have been trying to work harder on grounding and meditation; I am tired of the wild rides and am trying to step off the merry-go-round since I know I can't stop the darn thing.
