my partner is making "kitten noises"
last night she says "we need a kitten in the house"

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATT!!!! this is after a winter of her saying that we are in "zero-pet-population" mode, I agreed with her - we have a small house and already have 4 cats and 2 dogs...

it's probably just a passing thought on her part - however - one of her co-workers has a batch of kittens that will soon be looking for homes.... if the co-worker brings in a picture or two -- it'll be a done deal

1. for a minute
I thought this was a sex thread that should have been placed in the lounge. Nothing more fun than a kitten, is there?

Cats are like potato chips - you can't have just one.

2. I miss having kittens around
Momma cat had two litters a year for five years, until she became a widder cat, her kittens were in demand though (hymamese). I miss having them tearing around and begging for food at supper.
Every litter did the same trick, they would run up the couch to the back and chase down the length, run down the arm and repeat over and over.
Pregs, the outdoor cat is waddling now signaling kittens coming soon, she's a long hair grey tabby, and i think mated with the cat next door, he's a short hair white/grey tabby.
I'm hoping to get a long hair white/grey out of it, but, it doesn't matter it's her first and last litter.
We couldn't get her spayed before she got pregnant, so after we find homes for the litter she's going to the doctor.
