Well I finally got rid of the cleaning ladies

that did the home every two weeks for many years (at the insistence of my parents)

So I had to go buy some cleaning supplies, and while doing that I had to think 'bout the feathered kids...

So I got one of those steam machines for the floor... it is the Haan. It does a good job, and best thing, NO CHEMICALS. I also got some "natural" as in organic cleaning liquids instead of the usual crap. I tell you what.

Not only is the house cleaner, but I noticed that neither me or the sun conure are sneezing as often. So when you buy cleaning supplies do think of them.

(OH and I hate taking jobs away from people, but they were not the most of punctual and when I did the deep cleaning last week... I knew they were not the best, but lord, this was bad... the house is much cleaner now)

1. I am glad to hear that, actually. Chemicals are never necessary.

And doing it yourself will give you far more satisfaction from a job well done.
