i haven't tried any of this myself but it sounds like it addresses the problem you're having ...

fwiw, there is a setting in SpywareBlaster that blocks the resetting of your IE home page ...

2. If you're using Internet Explorer
go to Tools/Internet Options. On the "General" tab, at the top, you can either type in the site you want as your home page or go to it first and then click "Use current."

3. Then get spyblaster
from webroot it has a home page protection shield that'll keep that from happening again.
