The Website is Down

The Website is Down dude has made three new videos on the same thing as the original video.

Anyone who has been in tech support can surely relate.

2. I hadn't seen the others ...

The blog where I found reference to this mentioned all three.

5. Excel Hell is my favorite ...
I had a conversation eerily similar to that with one of my bosses not long ago. And I'm NOT tech support.

She'd started the conversation saying the tech support people couldn't figure out her problem. I realized in the midst of it that the "problem" they couldn't figure out was her psychological issue, which of course they're not trained to do, and probably not the computer problem. She was using Word and thinking it was Excel. It took me awhile to figure that out over the phone, mostly because she's insane.

"Just do what I do, alright? Fake virus attack"
"You do that?"
"Hell yeah, how do think I made it thirty years in IT!?"
