I updated Internet Explorer. Now Amazon's page is odd.
Every time some program of mine updates, there seems to be a problem.

I downloaded IE 8.0 and an update after that put me back to 7.something. Everything is fine except the right hand side of the Amazon.com page is gone, so I cannot sort items. (I uninstalled my older IE when the installation wizard said to.)

I can force it to view the whole page by hitting the red X stop button and then sort. But the sort feature doesn't work when I hit refresh. I don't imagine Amazon would have a clue about it.

So, I'm wondering what browser I should switch to or if anyone has a suggestion.

Thanks. :hi:

Or did my Microsoft auto update do it? Or should I try reinstallong 8.0 again? Gads, I hate it when things just don't go easy.

1. My advice as a Microsoft professional
would be to download Mozilla Firefox and use it.

2. Thanks so much - Mozilla Firefox worked great!
I recall using Mozilla several years ago but returned to IE for some reason.

THANKS so much, Microsoft professional! :hi:

3. If your browser problems have been solved
that is good news.

I would like to see a few more credentials from EvolveOrConvolve, a Microsoft Professional.

4. I'm actually a
Microsoft Certified Professional Developer/Enterprise Application Developer. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcpd/entapp/default.mspx

But I was being facetious with my comment about being a Microsoft pro. Firefox is one of Microsoft's competitors.

5. I noticed that right off the bat...

Thanks again for the help.
