Outlook Express clogged up with huge file that I can't delete.

I tried sending my daughter an attachment file of photos that has totally messed up
outlook express. When I open oe, it freezes up and I can't delete the email in the
out box that is causing the problem.

How do I get rid of this thing?

Wow, I won't make this mistake again.

Could someone help me with this?
