What do foodies do when they need to be on a diet? Well...
I just started Weight Watchers this week. I love WW because you can make your own real food! Anyway, I found this great recipe site and thought I'd share a link for anyone who is watching their weight. She has some good idea's! I hope you all like it.

1. Thank you!
I am always looking for new "skinny" recipes. And, even better, I see lots of eggplant and zucchini recipes there.

3. TYVM - I love food blogs but have to stay away from them to keep from
regaining weight.

BTW, WW online is my favorite way to deal with weight issues!

4. I really like WW..
I have not joined. I am just using this calculator: http://www.calculator.net/weight-watchers-points-calculator.html
(I'm doing the old points system)

And using this for a guide line on some basics: http://quiddity.cc/rachel/diet/wwfoods.htm

Plus taking advantage of others who have blogs w/WW recipes.

I've only been on it a little less than a week and am very happy with my progress.

I have a buddy that I am working & sharing with, it's fun. I've found some great food and ideas and I am never hungry. Trust me, I always ate what ever I wanted and how ever much I wanted so for me to be satisfied is a miracle. I am one happy camper!!

6. Thanks for the links, Little Star
The plan I follow is sparkpeople. It's free, has tens of thousands of recipes, workout videos, etc. I like WW, but for me they are too expensive. www.sparkpeople.com

Another site I use for recipes is Cooking Light. It's more of a foodie site, some of the recipes require a lot of prep. www.cookinglight.com

5. Another site you might try is Eatingwell.com
It is Vermont based and has many recipes likely to fit any diet - all using fresh veggies and other good ingredients. They also have a way that you can browse the recipes specifying what health criteria you are looking for and have a diet section that helps with menu planning.
