What can I do with my sprouts?
I've never tried sprouting mung beans before, so I put 1/3 of a cup of them in the container and now I've got more sprouts than I can use. Is there any way to use them other than Chinese food? Soup? Sandwich filling? Salad? Bread?

I used to boil them for a few minutes until soft-crisp, drain well, salt lightly and put in a colander a few minutes to remove excess moisture, reheat, aand then use them like pasta with spaghetti sauce and parm cheese.

5. sandwich
The local Whole Paycheck where I lived in CA used to sell sandwiches of wheat bread, Monterey Jack, sprouts, and avocado slices with mayo and mustard.

The local Whole Paycheck where I live now in RI wouldn't know a good sandwich if it bit it in the behind.
