Stuffed roasting chicken for today
I love it when I remember to think ahead. I defrosted a roasting chicken last night and got my buns in gear. Made some soda cracker giblet stuffing and popped that baby in the oven. I'm all set for the weekend since I made some meatballs and spaghetti yesterday. Leftovers should be a-plenty until Monday.

Tomorrow, I'm ready with some deli roasted turkey slices for supper. All set to get sleepy early tomorrow night and be up early for jury duty on Monday! Ha-cha-cha!

2. And I do have to report
I called the court to hear if my number is one that has to report and it is. They're calling about 278 people! We must have a lot of evil-doers 'round these parts!

4. What a great idea!
I treated myself to a sackful of magazines. Log cabin house plans, Martha Stewart Living, Colorado Home. Oddball stuff I never get. But I like the cards idea.

I'll just post a shorty here. Let people know how well the nutrition worked. ;) Maybe the first thing I cooked when I got home, too. :D

5. Now I am almost jealous that you get to have jury duty.
I would love to sit around for an entire day and read magazines and play cards.

Let us know how it went.
