Potatoes with Crunch, without the Cabin

I make these, on flat/cookie sheet. Thinking of serving them with Greenberg's Smoked Turkey and maple roasted brussels sprouts, for our Day-After-Thanksgiving.

3. I always like a wedge of stilton, some spiced walnuts/pecans...
...and some nice grainy crackers for holiday dinner appetizers. Or maybe shrimp cocktails, very retro. Or how about clams casino? I think that people are comforted by nostalgic dishes in this economy. Things of the thirties and forties remind us of the "can-do" America.
