3. I did a molten chocolate cake once

when I'd just moved into a new apartment and didn't know how the oven worked. Well, the damned thing ran hot, so I ended up with cupcake around the edges and chocolate sauce in the middle.

I just didn't know that it was a chichi dessert. I thought it was a disaster.
