We sent out almost 50 boxes of these to our favorite clients .......
..... and one box each to ourselves.

Consume within 14 days, they say. Yes SIR, we say!

Some of the most unusual combinations of exotic ingredients and high quality chocolate you can imagine. Ginger, wasabi, sesame seeds, hungarian paprika, so much more .....

MMMMMmmmmmmm Fun!

These completely over the top flavor combinations that just plain work. Who thinks this stuff up?????

Garlic jello used to be in my bucket list ..... but I can check it off if these people do garlic chocolate. :)

6. I can't decide!
Black Pearl
Ginger + wasabi + dark chocolate + black sesame seeds. The initially sharp, quickly dispersing fire of real wasabi and ginger are traditionally linked to Japanese cuisine. I added dark chocolate and topped this truffle with black sesame seeds to add intrigue.

Budapest
Sweet Hungarian paprika + dark chocolate.Traditional Hungarian paprika is made from the capsicum pepper, a much milder variety than its chili pepper tropical ancestors. Close your eyes and place this truffle spice side down on your tongue. Great with a Cuban cigar!

I love chocolate with some heat.

You found a sucker, Clown. This will be my gift to myself.

7. ***wiping drool off keyboard***
14 days??? I could plow through those lovelies in about 14 minutes!

Can you tell if the ginger used is candied? There was a little chocolate shop in a town I used to live in that made dark chocolate covered ginger using preserved ginger instead of candied. It was SO good, but I've yet to find any place since that uses anything but candied.

Anyway, thanks for the inspiration. I needed to find a little pick-me-up gift for a friend and just ordered a set of their mixed mini-bars in exotic flavors. http://www.vosgeschocolate.com/product/gourmet-mini-candy-bar-set/bacon_chocolate_gifts
