Edited on Sun Nov-15-09 08:58 PM by nadinbrzezinski

5. I like finding pottery
Nice that you found something to fit the oven!

When we were in Florida in '06 I found a potter, George Griffin, not too far from the campground where we stayed. His place was in Sopchoppy, FL. I thought I was going to a shop but was amazed to find that it was his home in the middle of the woods next to land that was always going to be preserved. He's a master potter and an interesting person who sought to preserve a part of old Florida. So now when I use his bowls and mugs, I think back to our visit and what I learned.
