What's for dinner ~ Friday ~ April the 3rd Edition
Hot French Dip Sandwiches au jus, with homemade bread & mozzarella for us tonight. With side veggies. Provided I can get the mozzarella right this time. What's for dinner where ye be?

5. Didn't feel ike cooking...
had noodles and a sauce packet in the cupboard and Ikea Swedish Meatballs in the freezer and lingonberry jelly in the fridge. works for us on a rainy Friday night.

7. beef stew from leftover chuck roast that I froze when the in laws were here
and An5 10th generation bread my chiropractor is a big bread fan, and we don't have a real bakery here, so I'm taking him a big loaf next week :rofl:

8. Chicken korma over basmati rice
My wife originally wanted stromboli, but that takes about 2 1/2 hours to make and I'm tired. Maybe I'll make it tomorrow. Besides, it's Friday and I'm drinking some beers -- that means a curry is in order. :beer:

9. I've got some queso blanco I might saute with some onion and spices
and put in tacos. With shredded red cabbage. Either that, or maybe pho Kestrel-style (sans tripe and tendon).

10. Delicious burritos on the way home
from Disneyland and Disneyland Ca. Adventure. Just got home from a two day stay with the boys in Anaheim. It's good to be home. if I have energy tomorrow, I'm making pancakes.
