Mashed Potatoes w/ Zucchini Ragout

I didn't feel like grilled veggies tonight, so I looked for a recipe and ended up with this. Wow, is it good. More of an autumn dish, but if you're looking for a new way to use your tomatoes and zucchini, give this a try. I used whole cherry tomatoes instead of the canned, not too much water, and it was great. I also just sort of ran a fork through the potatoes, not a full mashing. This would satisfy any mashed potato craving, and not really fattening at all. I didn't put any paremsan on either. It doesn't need it.
