Need Honduran Recipes

My wife is the Food Service Manager at a shelter for kids and is looking for recipes from Honduras for one of her kids at the shelter. If anyone has any good beans and rice or soup recipes it would be appreciated.

or if the local library will attempt to borrow books from large urban libraries, I recommend "False Tongue and Sunday Bread" as a great Central American and Caribbean cookbook.

My copy was lent out some time ago, so I can't post the recipes.
