Trader Joe's!!!!!
We love the spinach/onion foccacia- I top it with a brush of pesto and the marinated mozzarella or rotella. A quick and easy mid-week meal.

I also love their frozen Mandarin Orange Chicken and Vegetable Pad Thai.

We Just tried their Indian Spinach Sauce in a Jar over chicken thighs this week. I browned the chicken, took off the skin and then threw them in the Crock Pot with a Bottle of this heaven in a Jar. Next time I'll add a chili pepper cause we like things a little hotter.

After the O'Reilly thingie I was craving Falafel- I wasn't too impressed with their frozen kind---I don't mind the kind you can whip up from the box though. I just don't have time to make fresh during the week.

I'm nuts for TJ's tasty convenience

1. Frozen garlic cubes
You find in the frozen food sections and it tastes just like fresh. Each cube equals about one clove garlic. I use this in most of my cooking now.

I think their hummus is better tasting than most pre-made hummus.

2. I'll have to try that
I hate chopping garlic. I've been using their pealed cloves in a jar (near the fresh vegetables)

Have you tried the Sliced Peppers in the frozen section--What a god's send!

Their Hummus is good -The spicy kind is even better. Even their Baba Ghanoush is good. But I find it kind of pricey compared to what I can do in my food processor at home.
