After all, cavemen didn't drive fossil-fuel-burning sport utility vehicles. I hope that we can all agree that in past eras the beginning or end of an ice age was an example of climate change.

1. Moot point. Now is what matters. Now we have an effect.
That climate and weather change, is a lame excuse for throwing up your hands. Like claiming that THEY make everything bad to eat eventually.

2. err...what?
Do you perhaps mean, there would in fact be more ice ages? since one idea is that AGW is responsible for the delay or even halting of a new cooling period...also, there were many epochs where the climate was steadily very warm or very cool. I can't even tell from your question what exactly the point you are trying to make is, actually.

3. We are actually in an interglacial...
...and supposed to have been heading back into an ice age, according to some research. But human-generated warming has canceled it out and tipped the slope the other way. In other words, human civilization has done even more damage than has been previously thought, to cancel out a natural cooling phase and switch over into warming.

6. Milankovitch cycles suggest we're supposed to be warm anyway.

I'm at the moment ignorant of whether global warming models discuss that.

4. The answer to any
global warming may very well be pirates.

The decline of pirates correlates with the changes, hence we should all don pirate clothing and hit the high seas to plunder and amass booty. Of course shivering timbers and swabbing the decks will be mandatory.

Jack Sparrow is a prophet and the Flying Spaghetti Monster is the Avatar of the Age.

ARRRGH!

5. The current population of this planet makes what you suggest
impossible. The cavemen lived a hunting and gathering existence. Our current world population is too large for such a lifesyle. We are almost completely dependent on large-scale food production and distribution to survive.

However, global climate change certainly may reduce this planet to a similar state, with resulting reduction in the global population. That doesn't seem a positive result to me, although it may appeal to others, who will ignore the concept that they will likely not be part of that reduced population.
