Space Advocates for Obama Website
Got this link from the Bad Astronomy website: http://www.spaceforobama.org/

Their mission statement reads:
We are a group of space advocates from a wide range of backgrounds who believe that the United States now, more than ever, needs a president that can provide the vision and inspiration for our next generation of space scientists, entrepreneurs and explorers. John F. Kennedy inspired the world at Rice Stadium in 1961 and we believe that Barack Obama, once educated on our present challenges and opportunities, will do the same. In the face of increasing global space capability we feel that he can change how we, as humans, view space to inspire an international movement focused on robust robotic and Human Spaceflight goals.

I'm an Obama supporter and a long-time space advocate. I've been hoping to see progressives once again take the lead in revitalizing American science and our space program.

1. The future of the human race is "out there."
Or there is no future at all.

2. I'm an O supporter and space enthusiast
as well, but doesn't Obama support delaying the Moon and/or Mars missions to fund education? It's one of the few things I disagree with him on. Why not fund education initiatives some other way? I mean a B-2 bomber costs 1.2 billion dollars....
