3. How funny you should mention astragalus

I had never had any before this weekend.

I was at a friend's Sunday and was making up some tea with whatever came to mind. I picked out nettles, astragalus and a bit of peppermint to add to my cup. Poured hot water in and had a lovely immune boost tea.

4. my 80 yr old mother can't recoup from cold

(It's been 5 weeks) she lost all her lymph nodes from cancer 15 yrs ago....am looking for something to help as drs can't seem to prescribe any relief.
