glbt forum, please help k/r prop 8 postcard/fundraising campaign thread

the LA gay and lesbian center has a fantastic fund raising effort going on- for every donation of $5 or more, they will send a postcard to the president of the mormon church, letting him know that a donation has been made in his name to the legal challenge to repeal prop 8. i posted about it in the general discussion forum thinking it would get more exposure, but alas it did not. i'd love to see it get booted to 4 stars on the greatest page (theory being more people that read it, the more money raised), so would y'all make a little visit to the thread to k & r it? i think it's a great idea and a great cause, so let's show some support!

I love anything that reminds them they are actually bolstering support for us. Their extremism just may turn the tide in our favor. It'll be nice to know they'll be reminded of that constantly. :evilgrin:
