Does anyone know of any messageboards that are friendly to LGBT people?

I can migrate, I just need to know where to go. I know a couple that are just L or just G, but none that encompass the entire community. Progressive would be great.

16. Sapph and Buffy are two examples of the few great progressive LGBT minds we have.

Even though we disagreed during the primary season, their blog posts challenged me to examine my choice.

If I hadn't been traveling so much for work, I would have vociferously laid out my argument in support of my choice, but unfortunately, that LGBTQ board closed weeks ago.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sapph and will always consider her a friend. I hope to someday meet Buffy, but in the meantime, I want the both of them know how much I adore them and miss their voices around here.

The overwhelming majority of people here are very supportive of gay rights and LGBT people. Polls and numerous postings show that. If you're so thin-skinned that a few insensitive remarks on a forum with tens of thousands of posts a day, I suggest you install Net Nanny on your computer and never go outside.

instead, try seeking people interested in other activities. http://community.livejournal.com/scans_daily">livejournal's scans_daily community, for example, is primarily about comic books, but has progressive rules which are enforced.

you can also try first finding a GLBT political site, like http://www.365gay.com/ and then dig around within the site for a "forum" section. they do have a "blog" section: http://www.365gay.com/blog/ but I'm not sure about an outright discussion forum.
