Let's talk about what we consider normal.
Like I said, I consider riding 200 miles a week on a bicycle normal. You? Probably not so much.

So what abnormality do you have that you consider 'normal'?

1. All my abnormalities:
missing teeth, being too fat, anxiety, sinusitis; I consider to be abnormal. So I guess I don't really know.

2. it's all relative. unfortunately some insist on looking at the world compared to their own.
When I was a kid I thought it was normal to not have running water and heat and food. I thought it was normal to raise myself. It wasn't. But let's think of the things that were once considered not normal....

interracial marriage
interfaith marriage
desegregated schools
birth control

3. When I was a kid being gay was considered/classified as a mental
illness. One could find themselves in a metal institution getting shock therapy just because they were gay. At least that's gone too.

8. Yeah, I know what you mean. With the craziness that abounds in this
country today, one never knows what the next day might bring.

9. Actually, it's not. Some parents still send their children to "reeducation camps"
where the children are tortured with electroshock therapy and psychological abuse in an effort to "cure" being gay.

7. Thank you, Reggie is a hero
in my eyes and helps me get through the day. He is a wonderful man and inspiration to many of us in the NF community. Again, thank you.
