Unverified report from someone in the Capitol building: "Just heard that the vote will be an 'up/down' vote without speeches, etc like last time. Senators who vote for the marriage bill will raise their hand. (This is a great tactic to deflect the attention towards the last few GOP votes to pass the bill). This is good news to hear. (a CNN news reporter just told me)."
