17. How about a pride parade?

A line four or five smilies, each with flags -- pride, American, maybe a few others -- marching forward (left to right.) Put on a repeating loop, and I don't think you will need a lot of frames.

Throw in a drag queen, a few "I (heart) my gay child" PFLAGgers, that sort of thing. The gif could be long enough to use as a page separator.
