My auctions for PFLAG are going to be mentioned w/DU in Washington Blade

The Washington Blade and their associated papers are going to be running a story either tomorrow or the next day about the charity auctions for PFLAG I started on Ebay.

It looks like they're going to mention Democratic Underground, too.

Unfortunately, that means I will now be "outed" as a liberal progressive Democrat that proudly supports "The Homosexual Agenda."

I've lived through worse. I'll deal with it.

I'd like to thank liberalitch for the great idea! (And yes, I tried to share the credit when I spoke to the reporter).

My three year old daughter and I made this creepy-looking ceramic figurine of a Golden Retriever with bizarre, white "Demon eyes".

It's approximately 4" tall.

It makes a great... a great... well, it's being sold for charity.

See, it's ugly and creepy. But it's for a good cause- Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays.They're a good GLBT or LGBT civil rights organization.

My daughter is willing to sell it because she wants to "help spongebob."

I put a rainbow bumpersticker on my car ... just to make the fundies in the neighborhood think (if that's possible) - I have seen sparks coming out of their ears.

4. If you really want to confuse them, put a Jesus fish &yellow ribbon on it

I used to have a "Diversity Fish" on my car. It was a giant Jesus Fish with a rainbow inside. It was damned ugly though, so I wouldn't recommend it.

You could also turn THIS into a bumpersticker....
