The suit, filed by Gene Thomas, who taught at the college since 1996, names the school's president, Paulette Perfumo, and five other administrators as defendants.
It alleges that the college did nothing when he complained that another instructor in the college's math and science department made repeated "harassing and threatening outbursts" at Thomas starting in 2002 until he went out on sabbatical in the fall of 2004.
